As some people might know, Ford no longer produces cars in Australia. As a previous Falcon owner, this made me pretty upset.
I used to own a 700+hp FG G6ET Falcon that has it's own thread on here somewhere. It may well have been the fastest car in a straight line, on this very forum, having run dozens of 10 second passes.

Short story of that car was that I needed to sell to help get myself into the property market here in Sydney. With that being gone for a while and with the impeding closure of the Ford Australia plant, I decided to do what is right and buy one of the last ones.
From a drivetrain point of view, car is identical to my previous car. 4 litre turbo straight six making 270kw and 533nm of torque.
Interior is almost identical as well, the difference being Ford introducing SYNC 2 to the FGX.
Only real difference to the car is the appearance.
In memory of the old car
