Got a bit bored this evening so decided to try and make a mini studio with stuff lying around here, inspired by Berserker Catsplats setup ! !
1 X Desk
1 X Black Tee Shirt
5 X A4 Copy Pages
1 X 20W Adjustable Desk lamp
1 X Roll of duck Tape

Took a little fidling around, using the A4 sheets as reflectors & Diffusers and under exposing a stop or two but I'm happy with the results :)

Quick shot of the Setup ...

i see. and what settings would be recommended for the camera?

It really depends on the shot, distance from the subject, number of lights, etc. At ISO 100, my exposures for these shots are around 1/8. Here's a couple of mine with the EXIF data for you, if that helps:

Jinki02sml.jpg

Camera Make: TOSHIBA
Camera Model: PDR-3300
Flash Used: No
Exposure Time: 0.091 s (1/11)
Aperture: f/3.9
ISO equiv: 100
Metering Mode: Spot

Note: it says "1/11" shutter speed, but it's actually 1/10. My camera is crazy.
