Is there a way to configure it to show the ETA (like Utorrent) of the conversion?

Also can you run it even if you don't have 20gb of free space?

Why not just use VirtualDub? Unlike that program, it's not shady looking.

I've been trying to convert avi - mp4 if that helps.

go get ImTOO MPEG Encoder, tis the easiest program to use by far.

SUPER doesn't have a true progress bar or ETA, the only thing that makes it good is that it will convert any format to any format, but Real and it has some pretty good options. It does accept Real as input though.
The main thing it lacks for me is multipass encoding.
