Anyone seen this yet? Badass movie. I loved Traffic so I had pretty high standards, and I must say they lived up to them. The last scene with George Cloony was quite a shocker! Great film.

I've yet to see it, my grandma wants me to see it becuase she couldn't understand it. :lol:

what's it about?

that title sounds familiar

Familiar probably because it sounds like a country... :lol:

Been wanting to see it, haven't had a chance. Anyone seen Good Evening and Good Luck? It also starred Clooney and was his directorial debut, came out a couple of months ago.

I always said George Clooney looked more Arab than Irish, and now here's proof.

From what I remember from the trailer, he was sent undercover because he looked like one?

the ending was really quite something. i admit the rest of the movie did seem to drag on forever for me, but it was necessary as it was a build up for the final 15 minutes or so. not a movie for everyone though.

ya i saw it couple of weeks ago

pretty good movie... but considering the subject it had the potential to be a lot lot lot better

still... overalll very good.. i liked it... but just a heads up... u do need to know whats goin on in the real world and stuff to understand the movie completely..

also.. did u guys know, George Clooney and Matt Damon didnt take any money for it..

ya... apparently since it was based on a sensitive topic... no production company was willing to back it...but after a while one small production company finally agreed but only if they kept the cost down.. so george clooney and matt damon decided not to take any money for it to keep the cost down.

I wonder if the director still thinks the big bad oil companies are evil when he steps into his gas-guzzling luxury car...

Hollywood = Hypocrite Central

More likely, when he steps aboard the private jet, which he is the only one on, to fly to NY for the premier, talk about waste of fuel.
