I'd like to know all of their ages, the one that died was 15. That's old enough to know right from wrong, and tossing eggs at people driving by can be very dangerous. Anyway, I would have beat the shit out of them.....

Actions have consequences. Not that I endorse resorting to murder....in this case.

This guys are fucking teenagers who throw eggs at passing car. What if someone hit you with an egg on your crotch rocket and you wiped out in front of a truck?? You wouldn't exist and these fuckers would get away with it. When I was that age, I never did something stupid like that. Just plain immature.

i'm pretty divided on this topic as well ... on the one hand when i see young punks doing shit like this i always think to myself, "man, someone should give them their just desserts", but on the other hand i don't think anyone has the right to murder another individual, especially over something as stupid as egging a car

then again, the kids i see now-a-days are getting more and more reckless and disrespectful of others, with the mentality that they're invincible and can do anything they please, but when it backfires, you have an incident like this ...

it's actually kinda coincidental, i was just watching this weeks punk'd and they did a joke on an actor or something where a kid was egging his friend's car ... weird

The egg hit the drivers face, not just his car. I've sensed that attitude from youths as well. Reminds me of a lyric, I think it goes like "I wish that I knew what I know now When I was younger"

No, I think Roman is right. Not every single person is uncourteous, but people in genral sure are.

There's quite a big difference, that's not even CLOSE to being just or fair, that guy should rot in jail for the rest of his life. I've both pulled quite a few pranks and been pranked myself, there's no need for violence in any case, not even a beating.

I agree. I'd say shooting people is a LOT more disrespectful than egging someone's car. If this were a story about someone being shot for cutting someone off, everyone would be going on about road rage, how that guy should have been locked up long before aquiring a gun and a driver's license, etc.

Roman: Perhaps your posts weren't part of that lot I spoke of. Notice how I didn't use any absolutes.

I have actually done pretty much the same thing, and had it done to me as well, only with snowballs. Never was there an instance in which a beating or shooting was necessary. This is quite different than when those kids dropped a frozen turkey off an overpass nearly killing a woman.
