TG series 18, in Jan but when?

For the next Top Gear series ? 18, are we looking at January 2012?
Just seems to be very little in the way of spoilers & outtakes of a new series, apart from the India thing.

And one of members just got used as a pinball by an SUV driver riding a bike like yours. Thankfully he's just bruised and sore as he wears the proper gear whatever the weather. Even when it's 106F in the shade!

Anyone going to that studio recording? Pix/vidz/blood samples?
It's probably mentioned elsewhere, but in the studio recordings, are gags, say during The News segment, redone if the desired punchline or timing is not the best? Do they do a number of takes to get the biggest laugh on the final cut?


Great thing about bikes like the Hornet is that they?re pretty flexible, so taking a B line off the bitumen to avoid dozy motorists still gives you a 50/50 chance of coming out the other side still in one homogenous piece.
