Hawaii buyer sues over 'lemon' Lamborghini

Auto dealer Morrie Stoebner thinks he knows a lemon when he sees it. These days the owner of Honda Windward said he doesn't have to look farther than his own parking space, which houses a yellow Lamborghini Murcielago purchased for $285,579.

The sleek "super car," which can hit speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour, is at the heart of a legal dispute between one of Hawai'i's biggest Honda dealers and one of the world's leading exotic carmakers.

Yeah, I know it's late, but I didn't notice this article the first time around in the papers. I only saw it after I was prepping my Newspapers for the recycling bin.

Don't you mean a German car? ;)

lol its both if you wanna be technical.

seriously though....

what did he expect? he bought a Lamborghini from a Honda dealership. that says lemon all over it.

I'll give him five grand for it

Yeah, he bought it through his dealership.

And this is why i never would by a Lambo (pre-audi).

If i had the $, i would rather go for a 5 year old ferrari.

..oh, who am i kidding... i'd buy a porsche :)

Umm, isn't the Murc post-Audi?

I believe you are correct.

edit: crap, some damn Canadian beat me to it..:p

but didn't it have issues since MB didn't have plans on making a road version? i can see that happening since they wouldn't of had time to develop it for the road.

That's a piss poor excuse for something that costs so much .

i am utterly confused by this thread. anyone care to explain in terms a 5 year old would understand? :(

Man buys expensive car, car breaks down, man is angry, angry man sues. The end.
