This is for any pair of cars where you see one and start to think, "Where have I seen that before?" I'll start off with a couple choice ones of my own.

Kind of a stretch maybe? :dunno:

I ALWAYS said the new jaguar looked like a Ford. Proof at last!! :D

(although my opinion was cougar, not some weird american model...)

Great idea for a thread.

This one is particulary odd. Another reason not to produce your cars in China. Those guys will start to produce their own cars with your parts after work.

I know, it's more of a case of "cloned after birth"...
Here's the story if anyone is interested. http://english.sohu.com/20041218/n223541449.shtml

Mitsubishi Carisma and BMW 3 series (E46)

The bottom one is an Alfa 147 and his father.

Found this on another forum...

I don't know. The BMW 5 E60/Kia Rio comparison seems like a far stretch to me.

CarTalk has another take on something the 5-series rear resembles:

I agree on the Kia Rio though, the top-mounted clear turn signal and the upward slash do look like the BMW's rear.

^ CarTalk are on drugs - there's *no* similarities between the 5-series and Impreza
