In trying to build replicas of engines in minecraft with pistons and redstone I've run into a barrier.

We've managed to do most engines but we can't seem to find the firing order of the W18 (used by Bugatti in a few prototypes) and the i14 (used in massive ships.)

If you guys know input would be welcome.

I hate that game, but as I'm sure you've read it before in Wikipedia :"the design was determined to be impractical because of the irregular firing order required by the three rows of six cylinders" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W_engine )

You can always cheat, and it will work perfectly, just making the firing order of a 6 cilinder (wich is the more stable one and with no gaps) and repeat that firing order for the 3 heads.

Sorry if cheating is not what you're looking for....

W18 has an irregular firing order. It won't make sense.
