There's the original picture, and you can use any of those online motivator generators to customize it as you see fit; I can't find the actual motivator off the top of my head.

Yeah thanks, I had managed to find the original picture myself, but for some reason my random combination of letters (well, not quite random, but you know what I mean) didn't work as well as the one I originally saw - that one seemed to perfectly fit the picture.... :lol:
