How true is that in a general sense?

It is fairly common thinking in here. (and I think it is common in Europe in general too, Austria anyone?) There are alot of Somalis in Finland, and it is common that they abuse our social care and make crimes. And our law doesn't allow us to exile them back to where they came from, because they might get killed there.
Here are also alot of Chinese (and other asian) students, because university studies are free in Finland. They just come here, get a degree and go back to China (or some other Asian country).
IMO because they don't pay taxes here, they should pay for their studies.

edit: of course not all immigrants are like that, and all of those are not my personal opinions
