Nose, jawline, clothes, items on the counter in the background...

Quite a lot changes in those pictures. The change of perspective is responsible for a lot of visible changes in shape of Nose/Jaw/eyes. She lifts the camera up, using a different angle - a more favorable perspective. Pic 3 also has her smiling slightly making the mouth/jaw hard to compare.

I?m not 100% sure, but I think it might very well be the same woman.
