I understood all of it without translator help. And I've never played a pen-and-paper RPG.
TPK = Total Party Kill (as in wipe out the opposing group, the party here does not refer to a social gathering)
DnD = Dungeons and Dragons
DS = Nintendo DS
DM = Dungeon Master
EDIT: I'm 4, and I didn't understand it either. I looked up TPK on wiki.

And you never played the fair knight who fought off th dragon and rescued the fair maiden or something similar? DnD is just that, only structured, with hit points, a story and a game master.
