Actually, I think Alba is one of the healthiest looking women in Hollywood right now. She has always had curves and she likes that about herself. She has said that she eats right and exercises, but not to excess. That's different than some people who spend hours in the gym every day and literally destroy their bodies trying to be fit.

Been there, done that. Blow-out at 80 MPH just outside Reno; before anyone gets on my case about my speed on a public road, the limit was 75 MPH, so I was only 5 over the limit (less than 10%).
