Do you know what cars the hosts (Jeremy, Hammond and James) of Top Gear drive?

I thought JC had bought a Ford GT40, but does he also own other cool cars? And what vehicle does James May drive?

James drives an old Bentley T2 and some king of motorcycle
Jeremy drives a SL55 AMG, is he keeping that car and getting the GT or selling the SL?
Hammond got an old Dodge charger, but somehow I doubt he drives it every day, and a motorcycle of some kind.
