It's only been out 3-4 hours, or do you mean that it tells you that it will take 24 hours?
Anyway, evidently there are a lot of peers, and with Bittorrent, generally the people with the fastest upload speeds get the fastest download speeds.
You can try to either increase the speed at which you upload or if you're using close to your entire bandwidth, decrease it so you have bandwidth left to download.
Evidently from what I gather using 80% of your bandwidth for upload speed will get you a good download speed.

Uh, guy, sometimes I don't understand you. The file, as ESPNSTI said, was released around 7:00 PM server time, thus, at the time of this post, about 5 hours ago. There should be no problem dl'ing this file, there are currently 69 seeds. What type of connection do you have? Have you had trouble with other ep's? If so, it may be a problem at your end, like a firewall or something.
