My 3700 is a v2... what exactly is the difference? I'm also apparently running Firmware 184.108.40.206 which the auto updater says is the up to date version..?
v1 has better antenna placement for the 5GHz band, so performs better than v2 in wifi. On the other hand, v2 has 16MB flash memory as opposed to 8MB flash memory on v1.
v2 has diff FW versioning, I forgot about that D:. Apparently they don't share FW for some odd reason, so v1 220.127.116.11 = v2 18.104.22.168. Bloody useless programmers.
