Sams are REALLY easy to keep clean, and they really only need a bath once every other month (more often for show pups, obvs). They have no oil glands in their skin and are also odour-free (AND one of the least allergic pups there is!). Their non-oily fur will hold onto mud only for a little bit, then you can brush it out later and they're good as new. They shed SURPIRINGLY little, though when the little guy blows his coat this spring, we'll have to keep on top of it, brushing-wise.
Yeah he did get big pretty quick. He's barely 5 months now, still go a lot of growing to do so I reckon he is gonna be quite a big cat. It's funny though now 'cause he isn't that bulky just really really long.
Here he is again. Leon, watching his namesake in the Resident Evil 6 trailer.
Puppyman met his daddy - today's Best Dog and Best of Breed - for the first time ever today:
So how did it go?
Our Pups placed third in Puppy Class - he's been a slow developer, JUST like his daddy (now an international champion) was - and his brothers placed second and first/Best of Breed. Damned good stock these guys come from. Fun day, and hooray to preserving/seeing to the betterment of the breed as a whole!
