Ok, I'm trying to educate my brother on the Nurburgring. He's just as much as a .... "petrolhead" as you brits call it.... as me but his attitude towards things that I like but he's never heard of is "Oh, it must be shit." and he's really underestimating the hardest track in the world. So are there any pictures/resources that I can maybe show him before I end up killing him and harvesting his organs for the black market?

maybe tell him that they used to have F1 races there but stopped caus it was too dangerous...

I'll upload a few of my pics:

Just past Hocheichen:

Scariest pictures ever. Oh my God. Up and down up and down... and it's WET!

I MUST DRIVE THERE ONE DAY!

14 euros = 21.9466 CAD.... for a lap. That's horrible!
That's actually really good. Have you been to any tracks in Canada before?

It costs $20 CAD just to do a few runs at the drag strip near where I live. $20 CAD to race the Nurburg ring is more than worth it in my opinion.

^ I think you meant to say really good  And I agree, the price isn't that far off. THink of how much you pay to go go-karting, it's like $5 for 1 lap on a track that's normally 0.5km!!

Yeah not sure if the 14euros was for one lap or a couple of laps. Think it was one lap, but that's worth the money twice!

Presumably it's 3 laps, an outlap, a fast lap and an in lap!? :?

If so 14 Euros (about a tenner) is a very good price indeed, imo
