He is Julian Bailey a 44 year old former F1 and British touring car driver

I don't know how they have found it out but...........

What are Top gear going to do.

I don't want to sound doubtful, but without proof, or means, this is just as creditable as all the other theories....

I think that is another rubbish, another blank shot, you can't trust Daily.
 
I'm not really familiar with the British newspaper range, but isn't the Daily Express an British equivalent to the German Bild-Zeitung? (big pictures, big headlines, small texts, usually no information but false information?)

In other words: I don't believe anything!
 
Even if the Stig has been unmasked, I don't really think it matters. I like the Stig as the mysterious creature he is, not as Julian Bailey/Tommy Lee Jones/Chuck Norris.
 
And if the stig has been revealed, and they have to kill this one off and get a new coloured stig, what colour would he be? Red? Blue?
