Seen Tavarish connect a dead battery that wouldn't charge to a good battery, to a charger to fool it into charging
if the battery is down to absolute zero the charger simply doesn't turn on because it can't tell it's hooked up to anything. The NOCO has a "Force" mode that turns on the charging regardless, until there's enough juice there to resume normal smart charging.
My motorcycle shop used one of these to "wake up" a dead battery so a normal charger could work. Basically using it as a "dumb" charger to get a little juice into the battery before moving it to a smart charger.Seen Tavarish connect a dead battery that wouldn't charge to a good battery, to a charger to fool it into charging
Tools & Stuff shat all over this for what I think are completely valid reasons.
A guy I know uses one for his tools at the race track, he's made foam inserts with tool cutouts for the top three shelves, the bottom holds parts organizers. It's a really slick setup and much easier to find things than my "tool box with a tool roll and assorted shit" inside it.Anyway after seeing it in Jonny Smith's latest barn find video, I bought the Kendo Pro collapsing trolley he had. It's not super cheap at £150 but I hope it will last me 20+ years of light use, with metal drawers/shelves. Seems like a better deal than the Beta branded one, which is more like £500. I don't usually sticker-bomb my stuff but this is definitely getting stickered.

That describes my entire “workshop“ room in the basement very well. Utter chaos. I should clean that up some time…with a tool roll and assorted shit" inside it
that may indeed be one of the most bafflingly stupid design choices... "odd" is being very friendly to makita imoI assumed that this design was so it could be added to a wall mount or added to a carrier alongside batteries. Nope. As you can see in the photo above, the top cover has been designed with the battery latch, the one that usually retracts as you attach the battery to a tool or mount. Because of this, it won't fit.
