What will they do when variations of the truth don't line up with the "official" version?
Same thing the internet always does, Pinky: furry porn and explicit Sonic the Hedgehog gifs.

He's such a putz. Doesn't he know most people laugh at him and won't buy his overpriced pillows now?

He is also delusional and doesn't have a clue.

And he's good at frothing up a certain segment of the population. A friend visited a local flea market that's always skewed towards the Nazis, and MeinPillow guy featured in a lot of custom-made merch as a hero figure. We can laugh about it, until they storm the Capitol again.

That’s one of the greatest dangers of Trumpism, it’s often so ridiculous that most people won’t take it as a serious threat to US democracy until it’s too late.

The solution is not having a single-party system of the "correct" party though.

Also, as ever:

Until you have a plethora of people who will easily buy BS, you will have people trying to sell it in any way or form.

If you manage to block one kind of BS, new form of BS will appear and be sold to the same people who will buy it easily.

The answer is to educate people in using critical thinking.
