What will they do when variations of the truth don't line up with the "official" version?
Same thing the internet always does, Pinky: furry porn and explicit Sonic the Hedgehog gifs.

He's such a putz. Doesn't he know most people laugh at him and won't buy his overpriced pillows now?

He is also delusional and doesn't have a clue.

And he's good at frothing up a certain segment of the population. A friend visited a local flea market that's always skewed towards the Nazis, and MeinPillow guy featured in a lot of custom-made merch as a hero figure. We can laugh about it, until they storm the Capitol again.

That’s one of the greatest dangers of Trumpism, it’s often so ridiculous that most people won’t take it as a serious threat to US democracy until it’s too late.

The solution is not having a single-party system of the "correct" party though.

Also, as ever:

Until you have a plethora of people who will easily buy BS, you will have people trying to sell it in any way or form.

If you manage to block one kind of BS, new form of BS will appear and be sold to the same people who will buy it easily.

The answer is to educate people in using critical thinking.

"A new book is pulling back the curtain on how much former President Trump enriched himself and his family while he was in office, finding that nearly $1.7 billion in revenue flowed through him and his organizations during his four years as commander-in-chief,"

Trump sold us out to middle east interest who stayed at his hotel. The only people who can't see his policies were a disaster are complaining that inflation can't be related to tariffs increasing the price of goods.

Let me guess: His fans spin this so that he's a brillant businessman who should return to office because of that?

Trump normally only shut and listened for 10mins of the 45 min briefings:

Trump Never Got Another Classified Intelligence Briefing After Jan. 6

Presidents typically read their daily intelligence report and receive occasional briefings from a CIA officer, but Trump famously preferred in-person briefings that featured lots of pictures and frequent mentions of his own name, but the agency revealed that Trump spent only two days a week receiving sensitive information in sessions that lasted about 45 minutes.

Either that or they'll claim it's fake news from the lying press. Their false messiah can do no wrong.
