Georgia must be close to indictments too. Court house has told other cases to go virtual until August 19th

And the hits just keep on coming.

How many indictments are we up to now?

The sad thing is that it won't matter, the Republican base believes this is a partisan witch hunt and they want him. He is way ahead of the rest of the Republican field in the polls, and I think he is going to take the Republican nomination in a landslide. None of these indictments have done anything to his popularity, if anything they have made him look like a political martyr to the far right Republicans, and the moderates will still pinch their nose and vote for him "because tax cuts are good" or "God is great" etc.

Make no mistake, I would love to see him behind bars and in orange overalls just as much as anyone else who believes in justice, but I don't think it's going to happen. These processes will drag out so long that none of them will be final in time for the election, and since there is nothing stopping him from running, or getting elected regardless of how many crimes he gets indicted/sentenced for he has a very good chance of winning when you look at the polls. If he wins he gets the immunity again as president for another four years, he will also simply pardon himself, and everyone involved in the election fraud, and the failed January 6th coup. And then he will start his crusade on everyone who have "wronged" him, as the true fascist he is.

I know this sounds pessimistic, but there is a very real chance he will get elected despite all of his crimes. He is running for candidacy of the party of "law & order" remember...
