So I'm leaving the parking garage of the movie cinema I went to tonight and the car parked next to me was a modded Opel crapster or something, anyway, I noticed it because of the rims and then I saw aftermarket lights, rear views etc, and then on the rear wheels I see this, I think, hey, those are cool discs, but when I lean in to take a closer look, I can't see the calipers, and thats because the REAL brakes are BEHIND this fake disk! How SAD does someone have to be? Its like that exhaust spinner thing someone posted on here a while ago, but I didnt know that these existed, and if I did, I wouldnt think anyone would actually USE them!!!!

Sorry for the bad pic from my phone.

^ Now that is something.

Combine it with plastic spinnarz wheel caps/hubs (whatever you call them), and it's gonna get the real cheap man's tasteless pimptastic car.

Come on guys. These have been around for a while now.

And yes, they are lame.

Bad mood today Roman?

Is it the snow that makes you sad?

I almost crashed into a coworkers car in the parking tonight... :x

fake brake disks ... now I've seen it all. So he can afford to change his rims but he puts fake disks behind them
He deserves to be ridiculed in public.

Whats next? Fake spray on brake dust?

:lmao: Watch and see. You've just given someone an idea.

These fake discs have existed for a while already.

Extremely sad.

Those have been around for a while now, I laugh every time I see them on cars. (Haven't seen any in Canada though)

Yeah, they.ve been around for years. Luckily they are illegal here as they widen the track of the car :p No risk of me having to laugh at someones car because of those in here.

lots of tdi ibizas have those

it's realy stupid, caus those plasitc discs don't even have a claw, it's just a disc

I have, on a Civic. It covers up the brake drum ... but there's no caliper. So it looks hyper-stupid.

Spanish owners of tdi Ibizas seem to be particularly fond of this kind of stupid mod. And also owners of tdi Cordobas. Didn't know the disease had spread to Belgium, though :p
