^ These "Outraged Fans" are funnier than the episode ..... seriously though, we need to stop them from breeding.
But their joke backfired after they were slammed by Muslims for mocking their religion.
Islamic extremist Anjem Choudary, said: 'The burka is a symbol of our religion and people should not make jokes about it in any way.
But their choice of attire caused a storm online on Twitter and other discussion sites.
On the Yahoo! forum, one viewer wrote, 'Death to America', while another, Rebecca Liberty, said that mocking burkas is 'ugly'.
Some viewers also took to Twitter to blast the burka stunt with one saying: This is probably the worst top gear special. Y the f*** r they wearing burkas!!??
You can spell it both ways.1) Not only a whack-job, but he spelled burqa wrong to boot.
Fixed that for you.MuslimsIdiots find things to be offended with so that they could blame the west for oppressing them, and thereby justify their terror attacks and die for their religions.
this thread needs renaming, from:
Who have Top Gear insulted this week
to
Who have the daily mail rang up and asked "Did you find this offensive?" this week
or
Who claims to have been offended by Top Gear this week?
or
Who are the Daily Mail exploiting to attack the BBC this week?
JC has poked fun at Jews twice (I'm Jewish) and no one seemed to be offended, in fact, even the Jews who watched it (because it was lighthearted, like the clothing gag) thought it was funny both times (the cauliflower joke in 15x01 and the bacon-air-freshener intro gag about Jews not liking bacon).
I thought it was funny as all living heck. The people who don't find stuff funny are the ones I worry about. The quiet ones...the ones who might just 'go off' about something in the worst way.
Or what I like to call nincompoops.
You can spell it both ways.
We don't understand this culture, and we generally compensate with generalisations. Just a thought.
What was the cauliflower joke? Has to say I think the bacon-bit wasn't really poking fun at jews, it was more of a generalisation.JC has poked fun at Jews twice (I'm Jewish) and no one seemed to be offended, in fact, even the Jews who watched it (because it was lighthearted, like the clothing gag) thought it was funny both times (the cauliflower joke in 15x01 and the bacon-air-freshener intro gag about Jews not liking bacon).
I call them nudniks. However, I love to see people with your pov. Makes the world a lot better.I thought it was funny as all living heck. The people who don't find stuff funny are the ones I worry about. The quiet ones...the ones who might just 'go off' about something in the worst way.

And yet, the person who is so outraged is:
1) Not only a whack-job, but he spelled burqa wrong to boot.
every person i have ever met from Liverpool makes fun of themselves, i think its great.
