Mostly my feet, occasionally a Tesla
This is the worlds fastest 6-speed Supra, driven by Paul Efantis. It did the quarter in 8,97 @ 164,1 mph, and the 60 foot in just 1,44 sec. The car has no NOS and is not lightened in any sense...

Whats it do when it gets to a corner?

With those tires, pray.

On those tires, yes. But Supras are actually very good handling cars, i'm pretty sure he has done some mods to the chassis, suspension and brakes to make it keep up with the power. Then add a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, and it can't be any worse than other Supras...

Why are Supras so popular with the drag racing scene?

Because the 2JZ GTE engine has a large performance potential, and the double wishbone rear suspension doesent change the camber when the car sets off...

dear god that suspension is shooting the car up so much  the guy must have no reproductive functions or pelvis anymore

HAHAHA, that looks like a bloody uncomfortable ride!

In Japan, 9 seconds is the standard when it comes to 0-400m drag racing. If you can't hit 9 seconds, you're better off not even showing up!

Crazy Japanese car guys . . .

Looks like there is no passenger seat in that car...

But hey still a bloody quick car indeed...

It's RWD though, which is where i'd rather take an AWD 'liner to a quarter strip.

Yeah it's fast, but really i can't get excited about 1/4 cars. It could be hitting 8's 7's or 6's all day, but it's been strained to specifically do that and that only. I'm more impressed by all-rounders, such as the Jun Supra, setup for circuit racing, and clocked at 249mph :) That's my sorta Supra job.
