When is Fifth Gear taped? Was that Tom's ref to the current Stigate tabloid "scandal" currently making daily "headlines" in the UK "newspapers"?
 
Tiff can't be the Stig as the Stig is not talking and Tiff can't stand one minute without hearing his voice.
