Sorry, but i dont get it.

It's a bit of a running gag on Sniff Petrol's Twitter during F1 races. Especially if Webber gets on the podium.

It's a Sniff Petrol reference. They always refer to him as 'That Australian Gentlemen' and an 'Orange squash hog'. This is mainly from the Sniff Petrol live Twitter F1 commentarary. One of my favourite posts was from a previous race when they said something along the lines of "Ha, the australian gentleman has been thwarted in his attempt to hog all the orange squash, Rubens has brought his own".
Basically he drinks a lot of the orange juice in the driver press conferences.
