Wasn't it Remembrance (sp?) day or something? Jezza said something about it the week after he drove up that mountain...

Yeah, it's a Rememberance Day Poppy, which many people wear in late October/Early November to commemerate the Dead of WWI/II and other conflicts.

You get them by donating (any amount) at collection boxes in many shops, as well as street collectors.

Yea on most BBC programmes shown around that time of year people wear them, even those recorded before hand, the BBC must have a box of them.
