Top Gear S16E01 1080i: no play, no file properties

Hello Gents,

Stateside Top Gear lover here. I have downloaded multiple copies of the torrent for S16E01 1080i, but each resulting file won't stream to my TiVo and has no file properties in Windows. When I get the file properties on every other working episode (S16E00, S16E02, etc.) it shows metadata, such as bit rate (around 8000kbps) for the stream. S16E01 does not have this data in the file and I believe that to be the cause of my problems.

Any idea why this bitrate info is missing from S16E01?
Any idea how I might be able to fix this file be getting the bitrate data added to the file?

If you use MediaInfo to look a the properties of the file, there are some serious issues. Below is is the output from Mediainfo for the S16E01 1080i file, take special note of the bitrate and duration:

What I don't know is how to fix it. I'm not sure we can after the fact... Below is the output for S16E00 1080i, which is working fine...

I can't remux the file in videoredo, because it can't find the frame rate. I am trying to force the frame rate in handbrake, but we will see....

Does anyone have an alternate source file for S16E01?

Notice the difference in file size also? It seems to be some missing files, bad rendering?
