Top Gear's journey from Georgia to Israel (also: Iraq)

I wonder why James didn't drive an armored Rolls Royce? (other than the obvious cost issues) :lol:

This has some awesome potential, but it could also go very badly.

Hopefully it's safety first, entertainment second. </party pooper>

I'd personally rather dodge ice floes in the Arctic, or drug dealers in Bolivia rather than bullets on the outskirts of Bagdad.

I stil can't wait to see the episode though :)

@GreenBullet I didn't see where they went to Iraq. I went to Israel once, and I'm still alive (much to the chagrin of some, I know).

The thread-starting post got deleted for some reason so it's hard to follow the story other than just scanning the replies. Someone mentioned they painted their cars in Bagdad?

Regardless of that, I think this will be the most epic one yet.:D

My first post seems to have been mysteriously lost..
Any mods around to figure it out?

They've driven to the North Pole, scaled an active volcano, crossed the Sahara and traversed South America. They've driven through Vietnam, Dubai, Japan, the southern United States... nearly everywhere we can think of, really. Except Israel. But now they can cross the Holy Land off their collective bucket list as reports and photos come in from the tiny Eastern Mediterranean country showing Clarkson, Hammond and May taking in the desert sun.

Since when was the Sahara in the Southern part of the African continent?

Actually wasn't it the Atacama? :p

James's Bolivia Bandana of Badassery is back! :banana:

Baghdad = Iraq
Bagdad = Alabama

Just thought I'd clear that up

The site that I posted above is now updated with a video! It's in Hebrew as well, I could transcript it if someone wants. :p
