Hi,
lately, my download speed has been real slow. I have seen no more than 2 to 7 KBs with 20 to 40 seeds and 40 peers. Even with over a gig of bandwidth.
Tried other torrents as well but it is nothing like beofre.
I have a cable modem running 512K. I use Bit Tornado and I have the latest BitTorrent version for windows.
I used to get 40 to 70 KBs but now it is so slow. I noted that my DNS address has recently changed in the cable modem but my provider sets that.
Is there any way to test to see if my provider is responsible for the slow down?
A workaround?
