I need some assistance trying to figure out a problem with a website for the local SCCA club (http://www.omrscca.org/). The first couple tries of going to their site each day I get redirected to parked domain. Others are having the same issue. I have tried three different computers and it does it on each one.

During the redirect this code flashes up in the URL bar:

Code:
data:text/html,%3Chtml%3E%3Cmeta%20http-equiv=%22refresh%22%20content=%220;%20url=http://96e4c3658d4cb4b559057995ae5a382c.com/process/route/82318738.html%22%3E%3C/html%3E

The only other mention I can find of this is here:

It seems to me it's some sort of malicious code that has been put into one of the files that make up the structure of the site. Which one and how to get rid of it is the question.

At the bottom of the index page you have this shit:

Note though, this isn't always there... what builds the index page?
