Americans are notoriously "short term thinking" motivated. As a result, we (royal we) tend to not get that the economy is a lagging indicator and attribute it to whatever president is currently in power.

It's stupid but at this point something that'll likely never change in my lifetime.

GDP growth last month was 4.9%

The economy is doing better than people believe and the economy is less of a factor in voters motivations.

As long as the Republicans are fighting among themselves, they cannot pass the kind of legislation they stand for these days.

PREDICTION: Americans continue to be short term thinkers:

Yes, I believe that the economy will improve and not only a little but allot. I also think it will not amount to a fart in a fan for Democrats. People will simply adapt and be less susceptible to hearing how the economy is according to Republicans bad.
I continue to believe the two issue that will be front and center will be Abortion and Republican Extremism

PREDICTION: Republicans don't believe ^ my assertion. They will follow the same path saying "it's the crime, economy, kids."

I believe that will be the reason why the next few months Republican primaries will select the most far right, MAGA, Trumpie, extremist candidates. This will feed into my assertion that Republican Extremism will be a campaign issue.

Ron Hanks announced he will enter the primary to provide a conservative choice.

So she turned what was a safe bet in her likely defeat to a toss up in the republican primary .

Turn to where she moved CD-4... Its a packed field of crazy. Which statistically means crazy gets the primary nomination.

Boebert has to out crazy them all and not raise the im an extremist flag for the rest of the state which is becoming tired of Republicans picking crazy.

I include all of this because I think that is what we are about to see. My above prediction will likely become true as Republicans pick extreme candidates that will alienate and alarm the general electorate.

PREDICTION: The House and Senate Flip, BIden is reelected and Trump is found guilty.
