i signed up 3 times by now (each time different email), but i never got my confirmation mail. anybody has the same problem?
 
Are you using hotmail?
If so set your junkemail setting lower and add uknova to the "safe" list.

When you login to the site, it updates your IP so that your BT client can connect. It only allows certain IPs to connect to the tracker.

Having someone else login via your account would make you not be able to download with your client. You'd get an IP denied error or something like that.
