Unable to connect to tracker (music files)

Not downloading Top Gear (worked fine yesterday, as well as other files), but I've been having nothing but error messages attempting to download music albums today (The Velvet Underground and Nick Drake in particular).

I get an error like this:

Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10060, 'Operation timed out')>

What is it that is causing the problem? I have the latest version of ABC.
 
Well you're most likely using a different tracker and judging by that error message, it looks like the tracker is down.
 
thats a problem on the tracker's end, but its not my tracker fortunately ;)
