Using Azureus: Download wont start... stays Queued

As the title says, the download wont start, people are uploading off me, but the file stays as queued. When i double click the availability of the file is 0. It is the 11/14/2004 top gear.

Yeah.

Also check your settings on how many active torrents can be downloading/uploading.
