I've wondered what it'd be like to shoot with a lens longer than 200mm handheld. Ended up renting Sony's older 70-400mm f4-5.6. Tested it out on some surfing stuff. Overall, I liked it. Hated the stinkin' lens-creep, though. It was so annoying.

Now, I'm kinda motivated to get a longer reach lens, but, can't afford something like this. For now, just going to get Sigma's 2x TC to match with my 70-200 f2.8.
