Hi Viper,

Can you put the timer back on the front page for each Top Gear airing?

That way those waiting for the airing can quickly see from the front page whether the Top Gear episode has aired yet or not?

Yeah, I'm working on it now. Adapating the code so that it'll automatically count down until the next episode and then for 10 hours, count up, and then go on to the next episode, all without me having to manually advance it to the next Sunday. ;)
 
Any thoughts on how to word it? I have this now, but it kinda looks weird.

Only about 4 days, 10 hours, and 54 minutes until the next episode of Top Gear starts.
Only about 5 days, 10 hours, and 54 minutes until the next episode of Fifth Gear starts.

Maybe:

Next Top Gear episode in 4 days 10 hours 54 minutes (Greenwich)
Next Fifth Gear episode in 5 days 10 hours 54 minutes (Greenwich)

OR maybe:

TG = 4 days 10 hours 54 minutes
FG = 5 days 10 hours 54 minutes

OR maybe:

On that bombshell Top Gear will be in 4 days 10 hours 54 minutes
"insert Fifth quirk" Fifth Gear will be in 5 days 10 hours 54 minutes

What is the point of labeling it as GMT time? An hour is sixty minutes everywhere in the world. :cry:
 
Yeah, no need for timezones as there is no times shown. Minutes are minutes everywhere in the world. ;)

Text. It'll be very similiar to what's been on the site for the past 2 months that counted down to the Top Gear season start. ;)

How about getting rid of "Only about" and make hours-> h minutes-> min.
So:

4 days, 10h, and 54min until the next episode of Top Gear starts.
