Wanna know where the load on the site came from?

Further down there's a link the finalgear.com/downloads page, and that forum has 200,000 users as he said so, that could be another culprit for the server load other than the awstats pages. :)
 
the easiest way is to check the number of downloads for last weeks fg and compare it with the one the week before and see if there was a huge jump ;)
 
That thread only has like 300 views.

And the load turned out to be awstats managing to run 4 copies of itself. ;)
