If you want the stoney backed, then set the temp to at the very least 208 C. Most of the Volcano places have it set at 157 because thats where the tasty tectrohydrides actually come from. I was thinking about engineers. I think their are two types of engineers, the inovator, and the researcher. On this basis i would say that BMW(cars) is a company full of researchers, and Honda motorcycles is the innovators.
