I'm still reading the looong post about the BBC letter, but I just see a few ideas about where to host the .torrent files.

I'm with the "Brimstone" idea:

What about using Emule instead of Torrents?

There are out there other systems like RODI to be trackless, but I think that it's easier to use Emule.

Don't waste your time on lawyers or asking BBC, or Five TV. If they have (or plan) a download feature they will just say NO.

Bittorent will be trackeless too. Emule wouldn't work because downloads would be way too slow, it's not owrking as bittorent which lets you download from other downloaders.

Besides, thanks for your input but try to keep it all in the same thread, you'll see that it's been discussed already. :)
