What Kind Of Engine Does Your Car Have?

4.2 Litre Diesel inline 6(open-air, no turbo for me!), a Toyota 1HZ. Loud, nice note when under way, but with simmilar torque peaks to the 2 litre engine in my mum's Mazda Premacy

98Kw, and something in the reigion of 270nm of torque. Bolt that into a car with a weight well on the way to three metric tonnes, and you get a speed that can only be called "Glacial".

Yep it did, though every picture I've seen of it made it look like an I4. It's designed in a similar fashion as VW's VR6, very narrow angle of 13 degree's. And it is one beautiful car!

Hi bone!

I think that is a somewhat exaggregated rumour. As long as it's maintained properly, it's nothing to worry about. The maintenance consists of a charger overhaul at reasonable intervals, i.e. around every 50.000 km., and keeping the oil fresh. Anyway it's a right fun little car - it drives beautifully and the G-laders wooshing and whistling is part of the charm. Mine is a stayer; I'll bring it to veteran meets in my old age
