what program to use to watch pictures on tv?

hey guys my family want to watch our holiday photos on the projector.

what program should we use to burn them on to a CD or DVD so that it can be watched on a DVD player.

my dvd player plays jpg files on a cd....well i dnno bout urs...nd burn the pictures as a simple jpeg file...drag nd drop into the CDR...
