Whats an "R-Izzy?"

In the latest ep, JC/James use the term "R-Izzy" refering to Richard's daughter.... Is it a nickname for "girl" or something?
 
Maybe he is just saying... "Izzy" hmmm... is that like "Jezza?"
 
Richards daughters name is Izzy :p

I like the bit where JC said:

RH: "I'll get a big bucket of sand and stick my head in it"
