Heard about this stuff on the radio, I'm waiting to see some of the idiots in my local area to break them out on thier crappy little civics.

I prefer em over spinners, but they're still for people who never grew out of the whole 'spinners' thing for their bicycles
 
Yeah weren't these shown on Top Gear? And it said Top Gear or something.

I actually think these things are cool. I'd rather them over spinners. Although I dunno about having batman following me around.

how is this better than spinners?... at least spinners looks good in certain cars, this just doesn't look good in the first place
