me and jasonchiu are having an arguement on which of our car would be a future classic car in the future... weather its his GTR33 Skyline or my FD3S RX-7

RX-7 definetly! It has much more "design" in it...the GTR33 is a nice car too, but I always have pissed my pants for the RX-7...another plus is that engine!!

andyhui01 may want to keep his rx7 as a classic, however the odds are agaisnt him as he has to pay off his morgage so he has to sell his car...how sad:p

yo talkin about engines RB26 is a million times better than that POS honestly what else can beat a RB26 in terms of HP and Toq

Reeeeeally tough choice there dude ... hard to choose, as both have niiiiice feautures. i chose the Skyline, but wouldn't mind owning both of 'em. Those, and the last Supra are my fav Asian sportscars ....

The Skyline R34 GTR will be a classic, not the R33... well more of a classic than the R33 anyway. I personally chose the RX-7 because if I were at a "vintage" car show 20-30 years from now I'd definetly head to the RX-7 before the Skyline. :D

yup... i think RX-7 is the best looking japanese car ... unlike other japanese cars that are boxes... some people who don't know cars actually think my car cost a bomb cuz there qite rare :D

That's a toughie, though I think I'll go RX-7, just because it hasn't got a predecessor

The RX-7 is one of the few cars that I love every geneartion of. I think all three look great and will probably all be classics given 20-30 years time. :)

Edit: By the way, my Dad used to drive a Mazda RX2 - that was a very very cool car.

hey zenon... i think i saw the volvo in your sig today... does the car have really small tailights?
Well, this is a horrible example, but this is what the rear of a 242GT looks like:
242gt-small.jpg

The biggest difference to look for in a GT is the two square fog lights set inside the front grill. If there are two fog lights in the front grill, it's a 242GT. :)

Also, if you see a car with 2 gaping holes in the front grill, it's probably a 242GT. Many of the retarded people who own 242GTs don't realize how amazing their car is and let it fall to pieces. One of the first things to happen is the fog lights will loosen and fall right out. I cry every time I see a car like that. :(

i'll have a drive past the house i saw it yesterday and see if its still there :D

EDIT: I think its a regular 242... doesn't have the spotlights in the grill but looks exactly the same
