No, snooker requires a hell of a lot more skill than Pool and is a big money World Championship event. But anyone who is a big fan of Pool will absolutely adore snooker. I myself, am a massive fan of snooker and enjoy to play it in my spare time. I also love to play Pool, but let's face it, Pool is just a game that you play in the pub when ur pissed :)

more skill cause of the bigger balls?

More skill as you have to pot a red then a colour (that's not a red) and repeat this process until there are no more reds. Then you have to pot the remaining colours in a pre-determined order. That's a total of 21 balls. Also, each colour is worth a different amount. You ought to watch a game sometime. It's absolutely amazing how they control where the white ball goes. I'd recommend watching a match that involves Ronnie O'Sullivan - he's the biggest genius in the game so far.

the probe from a clockwork orange!

that's my fav stanley q movie ........

The yellow one. Because of its rarity. But is it true that most of the car was made out of wood?

Yep it's true, Marcos used to be the same way until the mid 1960's, and I believe morgan still uses this technique.

I think the reason is that it give the chassis certain flex in one directtion and none in another so it asists the suspension. Morgan's are ment to be really nice to drive, not that I have/will ever have a go :(

Snooker is barsted hard just because the table size and the tiny pocket. Pools a pub sport

if i'm well informed, they don't use the wooden chassis anymore.
they were very comfy to drive, but sucked when you wanne go fast, it bends in all directions. they planned to abandon the wood a long time ago, but the customers kept asking for wooden chassis. main reason was that if you crash, the wood might bend a little, but will pop back in place :p, just replace the bodypanels and you're done :D

lol
I've always hated morgans, I think they're stupid and in my opinion it's a very very overestimated car. I hate anything overestimated, including LOTR :p

Just had a look at the morgan site, apparently their still using seasoned ash for their subframes!!!

Even the bloody Aero 8 200mph super car is wood!!!

Is it still made with a Wooden chassis?

The Morgan car has always been built around an ash-frame , and a steel chassis. The new Aero 8 also has an ash frame. This gives unique strength, flexibility and surprisingly, research showed that the frame made the car safer on impact tests.

I was also undecided between the Lotus and the Probe, but the Lotus won, I'm just a to big a Lotus-nut to let any Lotus go to waste

I voted for the Royal Range Rover

I voted for the Range Rover.I think its the best looking off roader ever, and this one has a lot of awesome extras. Best of all, it looks like a real car.
James Dean's Lotus 10 and Adams Probe 16 are just so... I dont know. They dont do it form me. Its like F1 cars, very cool, but very boring.

The Lotus

The probe, first because it's so rare, then the movie, then the looks and overall it's place in history.
The lotus is a very close second.
Even if the top gear ppl don't restore one of them, i'm sure someone else will.

ainimals Chrysler and the mini are okay too, let the range rover burn, mainly because it belongs to the royals

The Royals rule. Fact.

And the Probe, mainly because it looks so damn cool.

The RRR (Royal Range Rover)

Come on... it's a vehicle owned by royalty. Not just your no-name royals, but first the Queen and then Princess Di. Wealth and fame can be obtained. But royalty is inherited.

... And that is exactly why I don't care about it.

why is a car great just because someone used it? if she'd waited 2 days before bying it, it would've been another one, they just rolled of the production line, reason enough not to restore it

the probe on the other hand, it's the only one remaining, ever made even
