OK, do that and when watching the video right click on it and go to properties. It will give you this :
http://news.bbc.co.uk/media/avdb/sport_web/video/9012da680022b88/nb/09012da680022f69_16x9_nb.asx
type that into google, and right click and "save target as" the link. And there you go, its saved! :thumbsup:
